Add 1-2 teaspoons of tea to 8 oz of boiling temperature water

I absolutely love this tea

I’ve been buying the tea religiously for over a year now. I use to have trouble sleeping, I tried all kinds of over the counter sleeping aids some would work for a short time then they would stop working. I drink this tea almost nightly and it continues to help me sleep without feeling drowsy the next day.
