Cozy up this fall with a delicious cinnamon matcha latte!
This easy latte will be your go to this season whenever you're in need of an energy boost. Matcha is known for increasing energy and focus but has many other health benefits as well!
Cinnamon Matcha Latte
4oz Milk of your Choice (we recommend almond or coconut milk)
4oz Just under Boiling Temperature Water (use filtered water for best results)
Sprinkle of Cinnamon (optional)
Warm up the milk in the microwave for 30-45 seconds, or until it is your preferred temperature. Use a frother to froth the milk until thick bubbles form. Set aside.
Grab a large mug and scoop 2 tsp of matcha into it. Pour in 4 ounces of just under boiling temperature filtered hot water. Use a bamboo whisk, or a frother, to froth the liquid until the sugar is dissolved and the surface is frothy.
Pour the frothed milk into the large mug over the matcha. Stir and top with a sprinkle of cinnamon if desired. Enjoy!
