I'm not much of a tea drinker. I decided to buy these under the recommendation from a friend of mine and we'll see how it goes. I'm having a lot of stomach problems. I have all my life and as I get older. It gets worse, so I willing to try this to see if it will help me. I try to stay away from drugs. I don't think that I'm not able to judge right now. So I am not going to really make a grade on this, but I do like the taste.
