  • Organic Cinnamon: Cinnamon chips are small chunks of cinnamon bark that are full of antioxidants that aid in preventing certain diseases such as cancer and heart disease.
  • Organic Ginger Root: Ginger root is a spicy, warm ingredient most commonly used for pain relief and treating digestive issue. It also has great anti-inflammatory properties.

Add 1-2 teaspoons of tea to boiling temperature water

Let the tea steep for 3-5 minutes

Absolutely Delish!!

I have loved chai tea for a very long time and even love it when it’s spicy. When I saw this pu-erh was available by Full Leaf I was so excited to try it!

I had recently read a book about that type of tea and how it was harvested in the mountains of Asia and was so very curious about it. So turns out it is an absolute wonderful tea and perfectly flavored and a perfect blend!

Accept no substitutes!!!

During a recent trip I happened upon a cup of pu-erh chai tea that I found so tasty that I bought some to have at home…Well surprise, surprise…When I got home, the travel tea did not stand up to my full leaf tea pu-erh chai tea…Lesson learned…Accept no substitutes!!!
