Caffeine Content: Medium/High

Add 1/2 teaspoon of matcha powder to 4 oz of short of boiling temperature water. Use bottle to shake the matcha until it becomes frothy.

For best results, use filtered water (water can really affect the taste of the tea if it is not filtered)

I ordered the testosterone tea blend as well as the tea for her. My husband loves the tea before bed. The flavors of both are really good. The Mullen tea is also great. After two days of drinking it I wake up coughing out things from my lungs. It makes me feel a lot better after drinking it for a week. My heavy smoking husband says that he benefits from it as well.
