  • Organic Licorice Root: Licorice root is known for reducing inflammation and providing pain relief. It has also been studied for its ability to help reduce the duration of hot flashes.

Exactly what I was looking for

I am finally off of my estrogen thermal patch which was the only thing that help with my hot flashes.. long story short I began having pre menapause symptoms in my late 20's hot flashes were driving me nuts, tried every thing prescribed and nothing helped. After I used the patch I thought I could never be without it till it started causing side effects after 5 yrs. Now im 39 and I came across this page while looking for a natural alternative; to tell you all the truth I had very low expectations. I purchased the 30 servings bag first just to try it out and now 2mths off my patch and 3 wks of drinking this tea 1 or 2 times a day I went from 10 to 15 hot flashes a day to 1-3 if that. This product is great..

I like the taste. Decrease hot flashes

I drink 2 cups a day and have noticed a reduction in the number of hot flashes. I definitely think the tea has helped me.

Reduces hot flashes and tastes good

the taste of this tea is pleasant and i'm finding it easy to drink daily. And on top of it all, i'm seeing a reduction in menopause symptoms, especially those night-time hot flashes.

Worth the money!

I noticed a better quality of sleep after the first week. I got off my regime for a few days and the hot flashes returned. That was confirmation for me! Highly recommend this product. I’m still trying to get the flavor like I want it to be but it’s ok.
