I should have read the other reviews. I tried all the ways the website said to try and contacted customer support to help too, but I keep eating tea leaves. Just save your money. I saw them cheaper on Amazon but I wanted to buy from a real company and assumed the product would be better since these are the tea guys, but don’t do it. You’ll end up eating leaves and finding yourself more frustrated than enjoying tea. I have to sift it so many times to get them out. Save your $30!!!! What a bummer of a purchase. Find a different loose leaf company.

Love this

This makes drinking fresh tea SOOOO easy - fill flask, put loose tea in, cover with basket, close & go.. the dingbat that said its not practical for "on the go" does not know what they are saying. Works so great for me "ON THE GO" I bought another one, to have at home for evenings AND "ON THE GO" LOVE THEM!!

My Favorite Thing

I use this every day and it's my favorite possession. It makes going upstairs with my breakfast & tea in hand and trying not to trip over the dog or cat much easier - and there is less spilt tea and burnt fingers.

Somehow I lost my strainer, which has made me sad so I'm back purchasing another one for happy mornings again.
