Anise
Anise is an anti-epileptic, antiseptic, relaxant & antispasmodic. It can be used as a decongestant, respiratory help, and can be used as a mild sedative.

Basil helps reduce fevers and relieve symptoms of colds, coughs, and the flu. Holy Basil has been used to treat everything from bronchitis to malaria.
