Drop Shipping FAQ

**We are currently not accepting any more drop shipping partners. With the high demand for Full Leaf products, we have switched to selling Full Leaf retail tins in bulk for our retailers to resell. What is drop shipping?

Drop shipping allows you to sell products on your site without the cost/ investment of holding inventory. We send the sold product on your website directly to your customer so you don’t have to do any of the packaging and shipping work.

With wholesale, you would purchase a bulk amount from our company and ship it from your inventory.

Can I drop ship private labeled products?

Yes and No. Full Leaf does not have a drop shipping program for private labeled products. But, we have low set up costs and minimums for our private label program and can ship your private labeled products to a fulfillment center (such as Fulfillment by Amazon) that can drop ship your products for you. What are the margins for drop shipping?

If you drop ship Full Leaf branded products, you receive a 30% margin on all sales. For example, if a product retails on FullLeafTeaCompany.com for $10, you would pay $7 and keep $3 as your profit.

How does the drop shipping process work?

Our drop shipping program is pretty simple. When an order is placed on your site, you turn around and place that exact order on our site and input your discount code to receive a margin on the sale. 

You enter your customer’s info in the shipping section. We send it out within 1-2 business days of receiving your order, and send you the tracking information so you can forward it to your customer. MAKE SURE you enter your email address and not your customers email address at checkout. That way, we do not send any of our automated emails to your customer.

What do I pay for shipping?

You will pay the same shipping rate as anyone would on our site which is $2.95 for orders under $39 and FREE shipping for orders over $39.

What is on the shipping label and packing slip?

Our packing slips are generic without any company name or info.  The only info on the packing slips is the customer info, the product(s) they ordered and the quantity ordered. The return address has “FL Tea Fulfillment” listed on it but it is not prominent. This is required in case there is a problem with delivery so we can receive the package back.

Is there a set up fee or any other fee associated with drop shipping?

There is no set up fee if you drop ship our products. You have a 30 day free trial to test out selling our products. After the 30 day free trial, membership costs range from $9.95-$14.95/month depending on the plan selected and you can cancel anytime.

Is there a minimum order size?

Not for drop shipping.

Do you supply photos and descriptions for my site?

Yes! We will supply you with the photos and descriptions for the products you are drop shipping. After you sign up for one of our drop shipping plans, you will receive a link to a file download that has all of the high resolution photos and a product feed file that has descriptions, pricing, and info. You can use product feed for bulk upload or you can upload photos and descriptions directly to your site.

Can I order samples?

Yes, you can!  After you set up your account, you can order samples of any of the available products on your drop ship plan for 30% off and have them shipped directly to you.

What packaging options do you have?

All of our tea is packaged in high quality round tea tins.  We have 3 different sizes (sample with view lid (2oz volume), medium (4oz volume), large (10oz volume)).

Where is your company based? Do you ship worldwide/Internationally?

We ship from Oregon, USA.  We currently only drop ship to the US.

How do you deal with returns?

Any request for return must be submitted within 14 days of receipt of product. The request must be submitted from the drop ship account holder. The following information must be included.

  • Name of Product
  • Date of purchase
  • Quantity
  • Reason for return/dissatisfaction.

We will gladly replace ANY product which is damaged or defective. However, we may require a photo of damages to submit to production.
