Hey tea lovers! Welcome back to Tea of the Week! 

This week, we are looking at one of our newer blends; Organic Pregnancy Support Tea. This blend was inspired by one of our coworkers who just recently had her beautiful baby girl. 

Organic Pregnancy Support Tea is just what it sounds like! This tea is made of 6 ingredients that support pregnancy through all three trimesters and tastes delicious. 

Ingredient Breakdown

Organic Ginger Root: Ginger is a classic natural remedy for nausea that has been used for centuries. Along with adding a warm and cozy flavor to this blend, ginger helps to reduce nausea and vomiting during pregnancy. 

Organic Raspberry Leaf: Raspberry leaf has several benefits for pregnancy. This leaf is packed with antioxidants and vital minerals and nutrients. Additionally, raspberry leaf may strengthen the uterine walls and decrease labor time in pregnant woman and relieve premenstrual symptoms in women who are not pregnant. 

Organic Dandelion Root: Dandelion root is rich in vitamins and minerals including calcium and iron which are usually low in pregnant women. Additionally, dandelion root tea helps to ease fluid retention and other pregnancy related symptoms like fatigue and constipation.

Organic Peppermint: Peppermint adds a gentle minty flavor to this blend and is also a great herb to reduce nausea. 

Organic Nettle: Nettle leaves are high in iron and calcium, they can also be a source of folic acid, an essential nutrient during pregnancy. Nettle strengthens the kidneys and adrenals, while relieving fluid retention and is good for reproductive wellness. 

Organic Echinacea: Echinacea contains many vital minerals and vitamins along with being packed with antioxidants. This leaf can also help prevent colds and other illnesses.
