I am a fan of this cup/mug/chalice! No, it isn't double walled to protect hands from the heat, but any other coffee mug would get just as hot. This one is just very pretty & adds to the cozy & comfy vibe of de-stressing with some great tea.

I drink a cup of this every night before bed and after just 2 days of drinking it I have noticed it really a helps with my hot flashes. The taste is good with a sweetness noticed after you swallow. I don’t use any sweetener in my tea. My sleep also seems to have improved which is awesome. Definitely recommend getting some of this to help with perimenopause symptoms.
