Breast cancer free for 4 years and taking an estrogen blocker almost that long. I have developed arthritis in my hands and finger. Drinking this tea once a day for three weeks has helped tremendously. I do couple it. I drink the organic decaf anti- inflammatory tea a cup before bed!
Taste was great. At first I used to much tea and it was strong. Now I make the perfect cup. Will definitely buy again, after I try some others.

I love getting different surprise teas that i probably wouldnt get otherwise. So far ive used the cold remedy lung and throat. They work soo good. Ive given some to friends and family. My go to is chamomille. I drink it almost every night. It helps relax at night and mostly I drink it for heart burn. Love the notes the coupons the box and the little bags for the tea.
