I have not gotten my BP checked since starting this tea- but the flavor added with a splash of maple syrup is great.
I tried a sampler of 5 different teas including the decaf anti-inflammatory tea. It was packaged with care in a great sealable package. I felt it was fresh and well preserved. And the taste is perfect- this is my favorite of the 5!
In the fall each year my allergies are worse and I get congested. This tea has been helping with the congestion along with allergy meds. I will order this again and have been very pleased with every package of tea I have ordered.

My husband had trouble with his liver, so exercise and diet had to be changed. I use these wonderful teas for my cholesterol and heart health so I knew the ones for inflammation would help with his issues. Currently I mix the milk thistle (his doctor recommended) with the Organic anti-inflammatory tea, and he has it mid-morning every day. So far so good! This company has top notch teas and are reasonably priced! I am so glad I found them!
It didn't really help me feel sleepy but just more relaxed 😌 it's a nice night time tea to sip.

This is great for 1 to 2 cups of tea. In the morning I place 2 teaspoons of tea to the infuser and hot water to the pot. I let my tea steep while I get ready in the morning. I'm very careful to not let the water get to a hard boil. The glass of the pot isn't very thick, so I don't want the glass to shatter from the water being too hot. I love it. Helps me start my day off the right way.
I'm sure it's really good tea, but I had an allergic reaction. So, can't buy again. Thank you!!

Love the flavor profile of this blend. I try to keep a variety of teas on hand so I have something for every occasion. Can’t attest to it helping directly with BP… but I’m also not drinking it every day. Regardless I will keep it in my lineup due to the excellent flavor.
