I am 65+. This is a good combination of herbs for several issues in my age group. Tastes good and I know it's helping something! Mainly got it to stimulate my brain while I'm working in my small bookkeeping business. Often have trouble focusing. We'll see.

The Lemon Balm tea is amazing! Smooth and flavorful. I had read up on how good lemon balm is for you and I definitely feel the benefits. I love the Full Leaf tea!

Great quality

I cannot remember if I submitted a revew in the past. I wanted to jump in and say how much I love this chai tea. I cannot have pepper due to reflux, and most chais contain it. Don't change a thing! It is saving me and giving this former coffee drinker just enough to get going.

I'm not noticing the results that were said were in the tea, so I can't give any great comments.
I did not realize the tea was not in tea bags, so handling the loose tea has been rather annoying.
I'll have to get some tea bags that I can put the tea in so it's not so messy.
