Brew the tea leaves in 8 ounces of nearly boiling temperature water for 5-7 minutes.
While the tea is brewing, put the blackberries in a bowl and reserve 4 for garnish. Crush the blackberries with the back of a wooden spoon or cocktail muddler.
Fill two glasses with ice and strain the juice of half of the crushed blackberries into each glass, discarding the seeds and hard pieces.
Put 1 teaspoon of simple syrup in each glass. Top with half of the brewed tea into each glass.
Split the sparkling water between the two glasses and then top with cream and mint leaves. Stir and enjoy!
