Boost brain health with powerful ingredients like ginkgo, gotu kola, and turmeric!
Ingredients

4 teaspoons Organic Brain Health Tea

1 teaspoon Organic Turmeric

½ cup milk
-
½ teaspoon peppermint syrup
Directions
Brew the Organic Brain Health Tea for 5-7 minutes with 8 ounces of nearly boiling water.
Heat the milk until nearly simmering and add the turmeric and syrup. Froth until doubled in size.
Split the brewed tea between two mugs and top with the golden milk. Sprinkle extra turmeric on top if desired and enjoy!
