A Simple Recipe with Endless Possbilities

Ingredients

  • 1 cup strong-brewed Organic Immunity Blend (or your favorite wellness tea)
  • 2-3 tablespoons honey or agave 
  • Juice of 1 lemon (optional for extra vitamin C)
  • 3 tablespoons gelatin powder (use agar agar for vegan option) 
  • Silicone gummy molds 

Directions

Step 1

Brew the tea: Steep 2-3 tablespoons of your immunity tea blend in 1 cup of just-boiled water for at least 10 minutes. Strain well. 

Step 2

Mix Sweetener & Lemon:  While the tea is still hot, stir in honey (or agave) and lemon juice.

Step 3

Add Gelatin: Sprinkle the gelatin powder over the warm tea mixture and whisk until fully dissolved. (If needed, gently reheat to ensure it dissolves.)

Step 4

Mold & Chill:  Pour the mixture into silicone molds or a parchment-lined small pan. Place in the refrigerator and let set for 1–2 hours, or until firm.

Step 5

Unmold & Store: Pop the gummies out of the molds, or cut into cubes if using a pan. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
