Try this alternative to pre-workout that's both delicious and hydrating!
3 teaspoons Organic Live Fit
1/2 lemon (plus extra for garnish)
2 teaspoons honey
Steep your tea leaves with 6 ounces of hot water for 5-7 minutes.
Pour the steeped tea into the bottom of the cup and add your honey. Stir until the honey is dissolved.
Add ice to the cup, squeeze half a lemon (or to taste) on top.
Add extra lemon slices for garnish if desired and enjoy!
