I drink the chickory root and blood sugar balance hot tea. I have noticed a drop in my sugar level 40 points drinking this tea, and my blood pressure drop also, so some days don't have to take my blood presure medicine. Good stuff for man in his 60's.

I don't know what blends with chicory to improve the flavor.

Hi Ann,
I would recommend trying cinnamon, ginger, and/or peppermint to help improve the flavor of chicory root. Those are some more popular ingredients that tend to have a stronger, more favorable flavor. We offer all three of those as organic single ingredients if you are interested in giving them a try!

Honesty and Quality is What I Get

I haven't used this item yet, but bought the sample for an excellent coffee alternative (mushroom) recipe that I am looking forward to making. If I like the drink, you can be sure I will be ordering more.
