Tastes Great!

It's too early to tell if this tea will help keep my cholesterol down, but coupled with a healthier diet, my hopes are high. We'll see what the doctor says at the 6 month follow up. Regardless, this blend tastes very nice, so it's a pleasure to drink it, either way! It makes a great morning cup and a nice afternoon pick-me-up.

I recently found out that my cholesterol is elevated, so I started drinking a cup of this tea every morning to start my day. It tastes great, so it's an easy habit to keep up with. Actual effect on my cholesterol is TBD.
