Organic Spearmint is lightly sweet, minty, and refreshing.  

  • Organic Spearmint: Spearmint is commonly used to improve digestion but is also high in antioxidants, can aid in hormone imbalances, help fight bacterial infections, reduce stress, and calm an upset stomach.  

Add 1-2 teaspoons of tea to 8 oz of boiling temperature water

Let the tea steep for 5-7 minutes

For best results, use filtered water (water can really affect the taste of the tea if it is not filtered)

    I have tried three different mint tea brands and this is by far the best spearmint tea. It’s strong and flavorful, it’s so smooth and I love the strong spearmint smell when I open my bag to brew some tea. I will definitely be buying this again and trying some other mint teas from this company.
