Instructions

Add 1-2 teaspoons of tea to 8 oz of boiling temperature water

Let the tea steep for 5-7 minutes

For best results, use filtered water (water can really affect the taste of the tea if it is not filtered)

So far it is effective

I bought this for my 87 y.o. mom who occasionally gets vertigo, sometimes so severe that she stays in bed for a few days. Luckily she has only had to use this a few times over the past few months, and she says it works. She takes it on the onset of symptoms and thus far her symptoms did not progress into being in bed for a few days. She did say that it does not provide instant relief but takes a few hours to work.
