Instructions to Steep

Add 1-2 teaspoons of tea to 8 oz of boiling temperature water

Let the tea steep for 5-7 minutes

For best results, use filtered water (water can really affect the taste of the tea if it is not filtered)

Lemon-Ginger tea is one of my go-tos, and I was excited to try this kind that incorporated honeybush. Unfortunately I was very disappointed: there's no ginger flavor or spice at all. The lemon flavor just ends up tasting like hot lemon juice, and it does not compliment the honeybush well. I usually love Full Leaf Tea Co's blends, but this is not a winner.

It’s ok

Maybe I am just not big fan of sour tea. There’s no sweet taste to tea. I can add my own honey, but the tea itself doesn’t seem to have any honey taste. Ginger taste also very subtle. The tea taste more like lemon grass lemon sour black tea.
