Ingredients

Organic Licorice Root
Organic Peppermint
Organic Fennel
Organic Holy Basil

Instructions

Add 1-2 teaspoons of tea to 8 oz of near-boiling temperature water

Let the tea steep for 5-7 minutes

For best results, use filtered water (water can really affect the taste of the tea if it is not filtered)

Organic Peppermint

Organic Holy Basil

Holy basil helps the body adapt to stress and stimulates hormones that control happiness. Basil is also a good source of antioxidants.

Weak Flavor

This is not a dupe for Aveda’s Comfort Tea. It doesn’t have the natural sweetness and the flavor is weak, no matter how long I steep it. Customer service and packaging is fantastic though. 😊

The Organic Herbal Comfort Tea is one of the best teas I’ve tried. It has a naturally sweet flavor, no caffeine and is perfect for drinking hot or cold. It has easily become one of my favorites.
Full Leaf has many varieties of teas that I have purchased and continue to purchase. The quality and flavor can’t be beat.
