2 weeks ago, I spent over $80 on loose leaf teas from this company.
Last week, I ordered their glass infuser teapot and received it in the mail today.
It is the worst teapot I have ever seen. The glass is so thin and the stainless steel parts are light as a feather and feel more like aluminum than ss.
Having had a lot of experience with infusers, this is the worst quality that I have ever seen. It looks cheap, fragile and definitely not worth $30.
I reached out to the company today
to find out how to return it and was told that they cannot accept returns on opened items.
All I did was open the box and took a look at it. How am I supposed to know if it's good quality if I don't open it?
It is clear that it hasn't been used yet they refuse to except the return.
This was a very short-lived relationship between me and this company.
Their loss, as I would have spent thousands of dollars over the years on tea, if they had kept me satisfied.
And all for a $30 piece of "made in China" crappy teapot.

Great way to brew one or two cups of loose leaf tea. Also love that it’s glass and not plastic.
I was looking to switch away from using tea bags with microplastics when I stumbled upon Full Leaf Tea Co. Found this little teapot, which serves the perfect amount of tea for 2 people, and I absolutely love it! Highly recommend if you are looking for a loose leaf tea diffuser. Plus, their organic teas are all delicious!
