Spearmint wonders!

This is honestly such a refreshing tea, and it has helped with my hormones since I do have a hormone imbalance. The tea alone is good and I like to make a portion of it in cold water especially since right now it is hot. I also combine this tea with another tea (organic cycle support). I like to think of it as my special tea mixer. I like to take this combo of tea in the morning and in the night to truly give my body some help.

I have tried three different mint tea brands and this is by far the best spearmint tea. It’s strong and flavorful, it’s so smooth and I love the strong spearmint smell when I open my bag to brew some tea. I will definitely be buying this again and trying some other mint teas from this company.
