Not as strong as I would have liked. Very fresh tho and I’m sure it is effective with anti-inflammatory agents. Matcha is my favorite.

The full flavor of the tea, sometimes with some honey, is fantastic! I drink this everyday at work. Out of all the teas I have, I drink the Nettle the most.
