What is Rhodiola ?

Rhodiola (Rhodiola rosea) is a flowering plant native to high-altitude mountains in Europe, Asia and North America. The root of this plant is what makes the herb rhodiola that is used for teas and natural wellness practices. The medicinal uses of rhodiola can be dated back to ancient Greece, the Vikings and traditional Chinese medicine. During the Cold War, Soviet scientists researched rhodiola for its adaptogenic properties.

Earthy

Earthy teas taste grounded and full. Their flavor lives close to the source, in soil, root, leaf, and wood, giving them a depth that fruit and floral blends simply don't reach. Smooth, low in bitterness, and satisfying in a way that feels nourishing.
