Ingredients

1-2 teaspoons Organic Menopause Relief Tea

4 oz of milk

½ teaspoon cardamom
-
1-2 teaspoons honey
Directions
Steep the tea leaves for 5 minutes in 8 ounces of near boiling water.
While the tea is steeping, add the honey and cardamom to the milk and froth until well combined.
Combine the steeped tea and the milk for a delicious tea latte!
