I wouldn't say I love the flavor but it has grown on me. I make an 8 oz cup every morning. Usually let it get to room temperature and then down it. When I drank the first cup, my blood pressure was regulary 145/80. I was able to see numbers trending down after two weeks. Blood pressure last night was 125/72.
I bought some tea bags so I can still have tea when I travel.

Love the glass pot so hot teas are not in plastics that leach the chemicals. Also love the stainless basket instead of using tea bags that off gas microplastics from the bag itself. Over all I love this product.

I wanted to drink this tea for the repair of the stomach and GI lining. The advice from Marshmallow Root tea enthusiasts is to steep the product overnight in room temp or cold water until the tea is a syrup-like gelatinous fluid. I tried everything and this tea is thin so I did not get the benefits that I was hoping to achieve.

I love the combined taste of Dandelion root and peppermint. It helps me feel grounded and being caffeine free - even better. It does help with bloating and gas at times. I notice I enjoy it better at night after all meals are done for the day. But I do drink it in the mornings as well.
