This drink is a perfect summer treat, virgin or with alcohol! The combination of mango and lemonade goes perfectly with Full Leaf Tea Co's Tropical Escape tea. Sweet, refreshing, and full of flavor. Take a sip and escape to your favorite tropical retreat!
Ingredients
- 4 teaspoons Full Leaf Tea Company Tropical Escape Tea
- 1 medium mango
- 1.5 cups lemonade
- Ice
- Lemon wedges (optional)
Directions
- Steep 4 teaspoons of Tropical Escape tea with 8 oz of boiling temperature water. Place into fridge for 30 minutes or freezer for 10 minutes.
- While the tea is cooling, cut your mango into small chunks and cut 2 lemon wedges for garnish.
- Add the ice to two glasses and top with half of the mango in each glass. Pour the lemonade over and then add the cooled tea on top.
Notes
Pouring the bright red tea over the lemonade and mango is quite pretty so if you are making these for a party, prep the lemonade and mango beforehand and then pour the tea in front of your guests.
This could easily be made into a cocktail by adding a shot or two of your favorite hard alcohol.
