The Organic Anti-Inflammatory tea is a caffeinated blend packed with herbs and spices all picked for their abilities to help reduce inflammation in the body and improve overall health. 


The tea is a blend of:

- Organic Sencha 

- Organic Ginger Root 

- Organic Cinnamon Chips 

- Organic Rosehips 

- Organic Holy Basil 

- Organic Turmeric 

- Organic Black Pepper 

Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons Organic Anti-Inflammatory Tea 
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk 
  • 1 cup frozen Pineapple 
  • 1 cup frozen Mango 
  • Splash orange juice 
  • Squeeze of lime

Directions

Step 1

Steep your tea leaves in 1/2 cup of nearly boiling water for 4 minutes. Set aside to cool.

Step 2

After tea has cooled completely, add tea and coconut milk into a blender. 

Step 3

To blender, add frozen mango, frozen pineapple, splash of orange juice and squeeze of lime 

Step 4

Blend all the ingredients. Add ice for desired texture

Ways to make it your own:

  • Sub out the coconut milk for more orange juice or a different milk 
  • Add strawberry into the mix 
  • Turn your smoothie into a smoothie bowl and top with your favorite granola, chia seed, pumpkin seeds etc. 
  • Add agave or your sweetener of choice 
  • Freeze into popsicle molds
