8 oz boiling water
3–4 fresh mint leaves
1–2 thin cucumber slices
1–2 teaspoons honey or agave (optional, to taste)

Splash of sparkling water

Directions
Step 1
Brew the Tea:
Steep Sleeping TranquiliTea in 8 oz boiling water for 6–7 minutes. Strain and let cool to room temperature.

Muddle Mint & Cucumber:
