Chocolate covered strawberries and matcha lattes are both delicious classics so why not have the best of both? Sweet, tart, and rich, this iced drink is amazing any time of year!

Ingredients

2 teaspoons Full Leaf Tea Co. Organic Premium Matcha
3 strawberries
2 teaspoons sugar
1 tablespoon of chocolate syrup
8 oz oat milk
Ice

Directions

Remove the stems and finely dice the strawberries. Add them to a 12 oz glass. Add the sugar and macerate to desired consistency.
In a bowl, add the matcha powder and 4 ounces of nearly boiling water. Whisk until smooth and set aside.
In a separate bowl, add the milk and chocolate syrup and mix until well combined.
Fill the glass with ice on top of the strawberries. Pour the milk on top of the ice and top with the matcha. Enjoy!
