  • 8 oz filtered water (near-boiling)

  • 1–2 slices fresh orange or lemon

  • 1 teaspoon honey (optional)

  • 2 oz pure pomegranate juice

  • Sparkling water (plain or citrus-flavored)

  • Ice cubes

  • Fresh mint and pomegranate seeds for garnish

Directions

Step 1

Brew the tea: Steep 2 teaspoons Organic Healthy Heart Tea in 8 oz of near-boiling water for 2–4 minutes. Strain and let cool to room temperature.
