Let's get into the recipe!
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon Organic Masala Chai or Organic Herbal Chai tea leaves
- 8 ounces near boiling filtered water
- 4 ounces oat milk
- Apple Crisp Nondairy Cold Foam
- 2 tablespoons oat milk
- 3 tablespoons soy milk
- 2 tablespoons Apple Brown Sugar Syrup
- 4 ounces apple juice
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- a dash of nutmeg
- a dash of salt
Directions
Step 1
-
Prepare the Apple Brown Sugar Syrup.
- Mix the apple juice, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt in a small saucepan until combined.
- Simmer the mixture for 5-8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until it thickens to form a syrupy consistency. Allow the mixture to cool until ready to use.
Step 2
Steep the Organic Masala Chai tea leaves in the hot water for 3-5 minutes.
Step 3
Fill a glass with ice then fill it 3/4 of the way full with the steeped tea. Add in a tablespoon of Apple Brown Sugar Syrup. Fill the rest of the glass with cold oat milk, leaving room at the top for cold foam.
Step 4
Froth together the oat milk, soy milk, and 1 tablespoon of the Apple Brown Sugar Syrup.
Step 5
Top the glass with the cold foam mixture.
