Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon Organic Joint Health Tea leaves
  • 8 ounces near-boiling filtered water
  • 2 ounces sparkling water
  • ½ lemon, juiced
  • 1 teaspoon honey or agave
  • Ice cubes
  • Fresh thyme sprigs for garnish

Directions

  1. Brew the Tea
    Heat 8 ounces of filtered water until near boiling. Add Organic Joint Health Tea leaves and steep for 4 minutes to extract the herbal goodness. Strain and let the tea cool completely.

  2. Prepare the Glass
    Fill a tall glass with ice cubes. Add honey (or agave) and fresh lemon juice, stirring to mix.

  3. Assemble the Spritz
    Pour in the cooled tea and sparkling water, stirring gently to combine.

  4. Garnish & Serve
