Nothing beats an easy snack in a busy life. I myself am personally very fond of things I can take with me on-the-go, either to work or to play. But most often, making healthy lifestyle choices is the first thing to be sacrificed during the busy seasons of life. Never fear – Matchia Pudding is here! And no health sacrifices are necessary.
Ingredients

1/2 Tsp. matcha + a little extra for topping

3 Tbsp. chia seeds

1 Cup almond milk/milk of choice

2 Tsp. honey

A smidge of sea salt (for kicks)
Directions
Mix together the almond milk, honey, matcha, and salt.
In a bowl, pour in the chia seeds and then the almond milk mixture.
Stir to coat chia seeds in the liquid, and place in the refrigerator.
Set a timer for 10 minutes. After the timer is up, stir the pudding again to ensure the chia seeds are not clumping together.
Keep in the refrigerator for 3 hours or overnight.
Sprinkle some matcha on top to pretty-ify your chia pudding.
