Snickerdoodles are one of my favorite cookies and I thought that the flavors of cinnamon and sugar would be a delicious combination with the subtle bitterness of matcha.
3 teaspoons Full Leaf Tea Company Organic Sweet Cinnamon Matcha
8 ounces oat milk
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
2 teaspoons caramel sauce
1 teaspoon vanilla syrup
Snickerdoodle cookie (optional)
Whipped cream (optional)
Prepare the matcha by combining it with 4 ounces of nearly boiling water and whisking vigorously until well combined. Set aside.
Heat the milk until hot and add the cinnamon, caramel, and vanilla syrup. Whisk thoroughly.
Top the hot milk with the matcha. Garnish with whipped cream, cookie crumbles and additional caramel sauce. Enjoy!
