Add 1-2 teaspoons of tea to 8 oz of boiling temperature water

Let the tea steep forĀ 5-7 minutes

For best results, use filtered water (water can really affect the taste of the tea if it is not filtered)

Love the star anise. It seemed very fresh. The shape is beautiful. To me it tastes like a full-bodied licorice with a hit of fennel. There is sweetness, the tiniest hint of umami and almost a buttery quality. This is a fun ingredient to add to my homemade herbal blends. Thank you! Love that itā€™s organic!
