Add 1-2 teaspoons of tea to 8 oz of boiling temperature water

As far as instant pain relief, I did not feel relief. Honestly I do not know the most effective way to consume it.

We appreciate your review! This tea is not meant to have instant pain relief, but is more effective if drank consistenly 1-2x a day for at least 2 weeks. This is when you should expect to see the best results. We recommend steeping for about 5-7 minutes for best consumption :)

Pain Relief Tea - Comforting, tasty with a hint of pepper

I really like this herbal blend. It is warming and so soothing for my body. A touch of honey suits this tea but isn’t necessary to enjoy it’s flavor. Thank you

This tea tastes delicious and I feel more relaxed and at ease. I deal with chronic pain, so this doesn’t remove it, but it helps!
