    Glad I tried this

    I have painful arthritis in my hands and shoulders and cannot take any kind of pharmaceutical pain reliever. Although I have absolutely done all I can to clean up my diet and exercise on a regular basis, I still cannot erase the pain that plagues my day. I stumbled upon Full Leaf and their organic pain relief formula and am hooked. I start my day with a cup and keep it filled most of the day, just sipping and savoring the relief. The flavor is not great plain, but mixed with a cinnamon tea, or at bedtime with chamomile, it is really quite good as well as relieving. Nothing will take away 100% of pain, but this tea is a good step toward easing.
