Game changer!

I used to have moderate to severe menstrual cramps every month. So bad I couldn’t get out of bed the first few days sometimes. I ordered this tea and started drinking it twice a day every day, 7 days before I was due to start. I literally have not had ANY cramps for the last two months!! Great loose organic tea.

Spurred period

I genuinely think this helped bring my period faster (I have long cycles). I started drinking it several days before I was hoping to start and I did! Drank it the first two days to ease symptoms. Might be magic?

Good flavor. You can prepare it cold with some lemon and it tastes as a regular ice tea. I started drinking it to prepare for labor and postpartum it helps me to recover.
