Nice
Tried this tea to help balance hormones and to manage menorrhagia. I think it did help.
I enjoy the taste and benefits of these herbs. So excited to have this as pregnancy support for me and baby! I add a little agave and it's lovely. Thank you to the team for being so helpful as well 💚
I started drinking this tea in my third trimester! I've given up coffee this pregnancy so this gives me something to look forward to every morning. Taste is great, I drinking it straight adn sometimes add some honey. I would recommend!
I got this tea for the ingredients... Especially the raspberry leaf! It tastes okay, but the ginger and mint clash too much for me. I think incorporating either ginger OR mint would have a much better effect. I'm struggling with some morning sickness, and unfortunately, it's actually kind of hard to get down with those two strong flavors.
Hi Beth,
Thank you for your suggestion and honest review! I will definitely bring it up with our management team and see if it is something we can do. If you have any other questions, please let me know (:
I've been having this tea through the majority of my pregnancy, and it's a great swap for my usual tea in my nightly routine. I like the taste, and appreciate the little bit of mint. It has most of the flowers/herbs I would want in a prenatal tea.
I was very excited for this tea but was disappointed with the taste- it tastes like cayenne pepper or some sort of spice like that. Sadly not even going to use the rest of the bag.

I am 9 weeks pregnant and this tea has been really soothing for stomach!
This tea is a favorite end to our day. My husband and I drink it together because he loves it so much too. Goodness knows both spouses need pregnancy support ;). We drink it with a bit of honey, and it’s delightful.
I purchased the Organic Pregnancy Support. My midwife recommend the nettle, dandelion and red raspberry leaf and I would this all in one tea mix. I love ginger so this was a great mix of me. I enjoy the taste.I recommend the tea
I loooove evening tea and have tried so many prenatal variations. This is my favorite. Flavor and the fact that it’s loose leaf. Perfect daily tea.
I am currently pregnant. I feel nauseous every morning and even during the day. Drinking this tea before bed helps so much the following day. I have more energy and don’t feel sick.
A light, flavorful tea. Would recommend!
Tastes great!

Does this pregnancy support tea reduce the need for prenatal vitamins, and does it contain folate?
Hi there,
Great questions. This tea is meant to be a supportive wellness option, it is not a substitute for prenatal vitamins. Please consult your doctor before making any changes to your prenatal care. Also, this blend has Organic Nettle which does contain folate. Hope this helps!
Is this tea ok to drink throughout all stages of pregnancy? I just dont want to miscarry or promote labor early due to nettle or raspberry.
Hi Laura,
Great question! Our Organic Pregnancy Tea is made of 6 ingredients that support pregnancy through all three trimesters. However, we always recommend checking with a doctor before drinking any of our teas while pregnant.
I have the tea at home but I've read that nettle can be a no-no during pregnancy. Trying to be as careful as possible. Do you have more info on this? Thanks
Hi Jesse,
Thanks for your question! We always recommend checking with your doctor first before drinking any of our teas while pregnant to review the ingredients to make sure they're the best for you. (:
