High-quality loose leaf tea praised for its "calming" and "well balanced" flavor. Customers said it helps with nausea, hormones, and stomach discomfort during pregnancy and postpartum. Most enjoy it with honey. However, some found the ginger and mint combination too strong or detected an unpleasant spicy note. Overall highly recommended for pregnancy support.

I love this tea!

I started drinking this tea in my third trimester! I've given up coffee this pregnancy so this gives me something to look forward to every morning. Taste is great, I drinking it straight adn sometimes add some honey. I would recommend!

Okay, but not a huge fan of the flavor

I got this tea for the ingredients... Especially the raspberry leaf! It tastes okay, but the ginger and mint clash too much for me. I think incorporating either ginger OR mint would have a much better effect. I'm struggling with some morning sickness, and unfortunately, it's actually kind of hard to get down with those two strong flavors.

Hi Beth,

Thank you for your suggestion and honest review! I will definitely bring it up with our management team and see if it is something we can do. If you have any other questions, please let me know (:

Nightly Routine

I've been having this tea through the majority of my pregnancy, and it's a great swap for my usual tea in my nightly routine. I like the taste, and appreciate the little bit of mint. It has most of the flowers/herbs I would want in a prenatal tea.

A little disappointed

I was very excited for this tea but was disappointed with the taste- it tastes like cayenne pepper or some sort of spice like that. Sadly not even going to use the rest of the bag.

Hi Mackenzi,

I am very sorry that you had this experience with our Organic Pregnancy Support. If you could please reach out to our support team, we would be happy to help you find something else you'll love instead! (:

Support for Mama AND Papa

This tea is a favorite end to our day. My husband and I drink it together because he loves it so much too. Goodness knows both spouses need pregnancy support ;). We drink it with a bit of honey, and it’s delightful.

Great Tea

I purchased the Organic Pregnancy Support. My midwife recommend the nettle, dandelion and red raspberry leaf and I would this all in one tea mix. I love ginger so this was a great mix of me. I enjoy the taste.I recommend the tea

Feels good, tastes even better

I loooove evening tea and have tried so many prenatal variations. This is my favorite. Flavor and the fact that it’s loose leaf. Perfect daily tea.

Helps with Nasusa

I am currently pregnant. I feel nauseous every morning and even during the day. Drinking this tea before bed helps so much the following day. I have more energy and don’t feel sick.

Is this tea ok to drink throughout all stages of pregnancy? I just dont want to miscarry or promote labor early due to nettle or raspberry.

Great question! Our Organic Pregnancy Tea is made of 6 ingredients that support pregnancy through all three trimesters. However, we always recommend checking with a doctor before drinking any of our teas while pregnant.
