Glass infusion tea pot

Glass is always a good heat conductor, keeping the tea much hotter than ceramic.
Also I like to see the tea brew to the depth of color that I like, and other teas like
the herbal decaffeinated green teas on the lighter side. I would recommend
this Full Leaf Glass Infuser Tea Pot.

Two weeks ago I bought a few different loose leaf teas from this company.
Last week, I ordered this teapot and I was very disappointed.
The quality of the materials and craftsmanship leave a lot to be desired.
The glass is so thin and the supposedly stainless steel components feel more like aluminum than stainless steel.
It is an item obviously made in China that's not worth the $30 it costs. I wouldn't even pay $10 for it.
I realized the quality the moment I received it and opened the box.
I contacted the company to return it and they told me that they cannot refund me for an opened item. How was I supposed to figure out the quality if I hadn't opened it?
This was a very short relationship with this company and I will be purchasing my loose leaf teas somewhere else.

Horrible teapot

2 weeks ago, I spent over $80 on loose leaf teas from this company.
Last week, I ordered their glass infuser teapot and received it in the mail today.

It is the worst teapot I have ever seen. The glass is so thin and the stainless steel parts are light as a feather and feel more like aluminum than ss.

Having had a lot of experience with infusers, this is the worst quality that I have ever seen. It looks cheap, fragile and definitely not worth $30.

I reached out to the company today
to find out how to return it and was told that they cannot accept returns on opened items.

All I did was open the box and took a look at it. How am I supposed to know if it's good quality if I don't open it?

It is clear that it hasn't been used yet they refuse to except the return.

This was a very short-lived relationship between me and this company.

Their loss, as I would have spent thousands of dollars over the years on tea, if they had kept me satisfied.

And all for a $30 piece of "made in China" crappy teapot.
