Instructions to Steep

Add 1-2 teaspoons of tea to 8 oz of near-boiling temperature water

Tasty and relaxing

I am new to teas and this one really convinced me to move away from so much coffee. It was flavorful and I felt relaxed afterwards. It was also very fresh and I loved using your tea bags. Decaf anti-inflammatory tea

Drinking a cup a day for a week now. It is helping with inflammation and I feel better. I am mid 60's with arthritis in hands, feet, and knees. Started with a 2 oz bag but plan to order the larger bag.Fast delivery, fresh product. This tea worked for me. Thanks, Chris from WI.

Amazing!!! After taking endless amounts of antiinflammatories and rubs, creams, balms, to my amazement after 4 days of drinking the tea morning and afternoon, I had experienced feelings under the pads of my feet and toes. I suffered a metatarsal fracture for 5yrs and had suffered from inflammation. I am grateful that I had the sense to try your tea. I look forward to tasting all of your Full Leaf Tea products.
