Instructions

Add 1-2 teaspoons of tea to 8 oz of less than boiling temperature water

Let the tea steep for 5-7 minutes

For best results, use filtered water (water can really affect the taste of the tea if it is not filtered)

I don't get sick very often but the last time I caught a cold I had a sample size of this tea on hand and that was my first experience with it. I can honestly say this stuff works and made me feel better. I went through that sample size within a few days and immediately bought a larger bag to have on hand, and I've since bought this tea for others - it makes a nice gift. It also tastes great! I love this company so much, their product and their customer service are top notch. Their wellness teas in particular are outstanding. Everyone should have this tea on hand for when they feel under the weather!
