Instructions

Add 1-2 teaspoons of tea to 8 oz of boiling temperature water

Let the tea steep for 5-7 minutes

I love this tea

I genuinely have seen a vast improvement in myself when J drink this tea. Not only has this helped with my hormonal acne but it also helps when I get cramps from my menstrual cycle. I genuinely enjoy drinking this tea and I recommend it 100%.

Organic Cycle Support

I’m a huge fan of Vitex (Chaste Tree Berry) since it’s great herb to support women with irregular periods or even help with fertility issues. To combine Vitex and Saw palmetto along with some other great herbs, this is a winning tea!!!

Seeing Progress

I was interesting in this tea after searching online for some natural cycle solutions. I have had problems with consistency and spotting. I’ve been drinking it for about 3 weeks now and I have noticed some positive changes. I’m still spotting but for a significantly less amount of time leading up to menstruation. I’m going to keep at it and hopefully see even more improvements!

As far as flavor, it has an earthy chamomile, mint taste. It’s a very light and neutral flavor.
