Add 1-2 teaspoons of tea to 8 oz of near-boiling temperature water

Love the benefits!

When I looked into getting this tea, it reminded me so much of a golden milk latte. If you are going for a golden milk latte vibe, definitely add more spices. You can barely taste the turmeric. Overall it is a great tea that would get again for the benefits not the taste.

Tasty and relaxing

I am new to teas and this one really convinced me to move away from so much coffee. It was flavorful and I felt relaxed afterwards. It was also very fresh and I loved using your tea bags. Decaf anti-inflammatory tea

Drinking a cup a day for a week now. It is helping with inflammation and I feel better. I am mid 60's with arthritis in hands, feet, and knees. Started with a 2 oz bag but plan to order the larger bag.Fast delivery, fresh product. This tea worked for me. Thanks, Chris from WI.
