Tastes great, works well

The flavor profile of the tea is surprisingly complex. The flavors are bold in a really good way. I highly enjoy this tea. I also think it actually works to stop sugar cravings. I have a sweet tooth and I am not concerned or trying to stop sugar cravings (I got the tea for specific ingredients) and I have found myself turning down sweets, which was unexpected because I wasn’t trying to nor did I think it would actually curb that craving. But it actually does.

Sugar Crush, yum!

I love the flavor of this tea, but I haven’t yet had time to determine whether it does crush sugar cravings. I think if I drank it EVERYTIME I had a craving, it would surely work. At any rate, it is a very pleasant tea.

Not my favorite.

I’m sorry to say that of all the teas I’ve ordered from Full Leaf, this one wasn’t as satisfying as the other teas I’ve ordered. Definitely a disappointment.

Love this tea!

I’m not sure about any clinical effects this may have healthwise, but it is delicious and I can absolutely replace a sugary drink with this and be completely satisfied without the sugar crash.
