This is the second anti-inflammatory tea I've tried, and my first time trying from Full Leaf Tea Co. The flavor of this one is much better than that of the first one. I wish I could say I notice differences in the anti-inflammatory category, but I am currently taking many other things to keep inflammation from my disease down. I will order this again when I am close to running out with no hesitation!

Anti inflammatory

This tea is great tasting but i wish the iron level was listed on each tea. I have now bought 35 dollars in tea that i can not drink. I have hemochromatosis which means my body hangs onto the iron and stores it in my liver other organs and joints. Why i bought the tea to help some symptoms. I have spent days researching all the ingredients and i could have hurt myself bad by drinking high iron tea. I cant eat or drink anything with high iron. People don't realize how much iron is put by humans in all their food. Enrichment on the back of ingredients means you are eating edible iron filings that have been added. These teas have natural iron but some of it very high iron. Im tired of researching ingredients to see if they have a lot of iron because its not listed on the bag or the web site.
