I really like the taste of this tea. It does not have a strong flavor and it is decaffeinated. I haven't drank it long enough to know if it is helping yet but I believe it will help. Our family members recommended it because it has helped them. I told my girlfriend about it that has a major lung issue and coughs a lot. She said it has helped her with her coughing and she likes the fact it is decaffeinated and she can drink several cups a day.

Perfect for the indecisive like me…

Recently became addicted to Matcha Lattes also became unemployed and couldn’t afford Dunkin’ or Starbucks daily. Ordered the sampler to see which full size Matcha to order in bulk. They’re all so good it’s hard to decide but I think I’ll go with the pre-sweetened one. I probably got about 4-6 lattes out of each bag after my taste test.
